WHAT'S NEW

FUNDING MAY BE RESTORED As many of our supporters know, City-Wide recently faced a funding crisis. This may be resolved - a little bird has informed us that the Office of Court Administration is considering extending our contract. We are waiting on official word that the contract is extended and for how long. We believe that OCA has come to realize the magnitude of the conflict problems involved with having HPD (the city's housing agency) provide information to litigants. We have extended the date for layoffs until October 10th as we wait to see what happens. We will keep you posted through this web site. Once we know for certain we will send out a general announcement. Thanks to all of you for your assistance through our difficult time. We know that even with this extension our funding issues are not resolved, just temporarily put off.
